About The Position

Gate City Bank is hiring a service-driven Teller / Customer Service Representative for its Moorhead South office. This in-office, part-time position provides day-to-day banking services and helps build customer relationships by delivering a welcoming, professional experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:15 PM and Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 12:15 PM, with one Saturday off per month. Some schedule flexibility is preferred. The role is scheduled for 15–19 hours per week. The hourly pay range is $17.75–$18.75, with an additional $5 incentive for each Saturday worked. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

Nice To Haves

One to two years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales.
Some schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.
Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products suited to their financial needs.
