About The Position

As a Member Advocate, you will provide a positive member experience and assist with various branch activities to help members of the community achieve financial freedom. The role focuses on advocating for members and supporting internal and external communities; there is no list of products to sell. The position is based at the South Branch in New Bedford, Massachusetts, and typically works in an office environment with moderate, typical conversation and office-equipment noise. The role involves moderate standing, walking, and sitting, including sitting while performing computer data entry. It may occasionally involve kneeling or squatting and lifting and carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds. The position requires operating normal office equipment and close vision with the ability to adjust focus.
