About The Position

OneService Commercial Building Maintenance, Inc., a division of OneService Companies, is seeking an experienced, results-driven Telemarketer to join its sales team. The role focuses on making high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective commercial clients, engaging decision-makers, and scheduling qualified in-person sales appointments for company ownership. The position pays $20 per hour plus performance bonuses and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM. The employee reports to the Company Owners.

Requirements

• Prior outbound telemarketing, cold calling, or telephone sales experience.
• Ability to handle frequent rejection while maintaining persistence and professionalism.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivation and resilience, with comfort working in a performance-driven sales environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using CRM software, particularly HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound sales calls using company-provided lead lists and HubSpot software.
• Identify prospective clients, engage decision-makers, and schedule qualified in-person sales appointments for company ownership.
• Maintain accurate call records, appointment details, and follow-up information.
• Meet daily call activity and appointment-setting goals consistently.
