About The Position

St. Luke’s is hiring an onsite Telehealth Specialist for its Centralized Monitoring and Virtual Safety Attn System Office in Boise, Idaho. The role supports patient care remotely by monitoring patient oxygen levels, providing real-time virtual safety oversight, and observing patients with epilepsy to share information that can guide treatment. Cross-training in other Telehealth areas may be available as the employee develops in the role. Training is provided, and prior healthcare or administrative experience is not required. This is a part-time night position with alternating two- to three-shift weeks. Shifts are 12 hours, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Compensation is $17.32–$19.00 or more per hour, based on experience, with night and weekend shift differentials. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Compassion and a desire to help others.
No prior healthcare or administrative experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Monitor patients’ oxygen levels to help ensure they are breathing safely and receiving appropriate care.
Provide real-time virtual safety oversight for patients.
Monitor patients with epilepsy and share observations that can help guide treatment.
Participate in cross-training opportunities in other areas of Telehealth as skills develop.
