  • Experience operating with high autonomy and comfort working without explicit instructions.
  • A record of navigating complex, fast-changing environments with fluid requirements.
  • Experience integrating AI tools to optimize or redesign workflows and deliver measurable impact, such as efficiency gains or quality improvements.
  • Experience making high-judgment decisions with incomplete information and building consensus across stakeholders.
  • Experience implementing responsible and ethical AI practices, such as risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality and accuracy reviews.
  • Experience developing and executing long-term strategic plans that produced measurable business transformation.
  • Ongoing upskilling and experimentation with new tools and technologies, including exploring how AI can transform sourcing workflows.
  • Experience with enterprise procurement systems and implementation of sourcing-related technology solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of strategic sourcing, program management, and procurement transformation; meaningful experience across all three is especially valued.
  • Ongoing AI skill development, such as prompt or context engineering and agent orchestration, and keeping current with emerging AI technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and a record of leading change management and overcoming operational barriers to adoption.
  • High integrity and a record of building trust and operating transparently across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver end-to-end strategies for strategic programs supporting autonomous, AI-driven buying.

  • Own and strategically engage multiple cross-functional relationships to drive adoption of technology programs, processes, and tools.
  • Lead cross-functional engagement and change initiatives that bridge organizational silos and own the long-term roadmap for process optimization.
  • Advise the Tech Enablement lead by analyzing market trends, sourcing landscape changes, and internal data to identify insights and recommend strategic directions.
  • Use advanced data tools and analytical techniques to measure program performance and provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
  • Define, track, and report program success metrics, including ROI and business impact, and communicate outcomes to leadership.
  • Independently identify next steps, bring forward ideas and recommendations, and maintain momentum on key initiatives.
