The Commercial Enablement Program Manager owns the sales enablement program for Surescripts’ commercial organization. This individual-contributor role reports to the Director, Sales Operations and brings siloed training together into a unified program for new sales, account management and sales development. The role works across stakeholders to establish playbooks, competency standards and KPIs, and facilitates training in alignment with commercial leadership. Success is measured by adoption, demonstrated capability and commercial outcomes; the position relies on influence rather than formal authority to gain adoption of standards. The Program Manager establishes the enablement charter and operating model; designs outcome-based programs and curriculum; maintains onboarding and continuing-education tracks; and owns a four-stage ramp framework for new commercial hires. The role also establishes sales methodology and playbooks, develops role-specific training, and coordinates field enablement with Marketing, Product, Strategy, Sales, Account Management and Sales Operations. The position develops a multi-modal learning model and jointly owns Highspot with Marketing. It governs content across Highspot and Salesforce Knowledge, deploys Agentforce Sales Coach, uses Momentum conversation data to identify coaching and curriculum needs, and applies AI to enablement workflows with human review. In partnership with Commercial Analytics and commercial leadership, the Program Manager defines measures, assessments and coaching scorecards, connects enablement to commercial outcomes, and manages the program roadmap, reporting, risks, decisions and feedback loops. Surescripts uses a Flexible Hybrid Work model for most positions, allowing employees to work virtually while using offices as collaboration centers. With leadership alignment and agreement, employees may come and go from the office as needed. Applicants must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization; the company does not provide immigration sponsorship or support academic training/work-study arrangements requiring employer endorsement. The position may require meetings in and out of the office, travel, effective oral and written communication, and use of computers and other office equipment. The role also requires judgment, ability to withstand moderate stress and attention to detail.
