About The Position

Fox Pest Control is hiring an hourly Pest Control Technician to provide customer-focused pest control services along an assigned route. The role offers independence and opportunities to build relationships with customers while addressing their individual pest control needs. Technicians prepare materials for each customer, communicate before arrival, perform services carefully, document the work, and recommend continued pest protection. Fox offers paid training, including licensing and certification costs, along with a Technician Pathway Program with training, mentorship, performance tracking, and potential advancement.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manual labor, service routes, or outdoor work.
• Proven ability to connect with people through face-to-face service visits.
• Current pest control license or previous pest control or pesticide experience.
• Desire to learn and develop as an individual and leader.
• Independent attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials suited to each customer's needs.
• Communicate arrival and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform pest control services carefully and thoroughly.
• Document each service performed and recommend continued pest protection.
• Manage the route and proceed to the next customer with energy and focus.
• Learn and follow service protocols for applying chemical solutions and products.
