About The Position

Fox Pest Control is hiring an hourly Pest Control Technician who provides pest control services on an assigned customer route. The role combines independent work with customer interaction: technicians prepare materials for each customer's needs, communicate their arrival, perform services thoroughly, document the work, and recommend continued pest protection.

Fox offers paid training, including licensing and certification costs, and a Technician Pathway Program with training, mentorship, performance tracking, and opportunities for promotion and pay increases. The listed pay is $19–$20 per hour, with commission and bonus opportunities and eligibility for a performance review and potential raise after 90 days.
