About The Position

Fox Pest Control is hiring a Pest Control Technician to provide customer-focused pest control services while building expertise and leadership skills through hands-on experience, formal training, mentorship, and the Technician Pathway Program. The role offers independence in managing a service route and opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

• Have a positive, people-focused attitude and desire for personal and professional growth.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Be able to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with customers.
• Be eager to learn pest analysis, customer education, and appropriate pest-control actions.
• Be willing to learn and follow service protocols for applying chemical solutions and products.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manual labor, service routes, or outdoor work.
• Proven ability to connect with people through face-to-face service visits.
• Current pest control license or previous experience with pest control or pesticides.
• Desire to develop as an individual and leader.
• Independent attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials to meet each customer's pest control needs.
• Communicate arrival and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform pest control services carefully and thoroughly.
• Document services performed and recommend continued pest protection.
• Follow servicing protocols when applying chemical solutions and products.
• Analyze pest activity, explain findings to customers, and take appropriate action.
