About The Position

Perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic problems on slot machines. Replace faulty parts, test machines, and maintain accurate repair records. Communicate with casino staff to ensure proper machine function and provide excellent customer service to patrons. Handle guest complaints and incidents with discretion, aiming to maintain positive guest relationships. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays, with potential shift changes. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED, required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Knowledge of electronic and mechanical components
• Must have 10-key experience
• Must have strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, preferably in Excel
• Must be able to work Nights, Weekends and Holidays
• Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in troubleshooting and repairing slot machines, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on slot machines

• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
• Communicate with other members of the casino staff to ensure that all machines are functioning properly
• Provide excellent customer service to casino patrons
• Handle routine guest complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
