About The Position

This role is responsible for promoting positive guest and employee relations by providing professional and friendly service according to standard service procedures. The Floor Person ensures compliance with all internal controls, company departmental policies, and safety regulations, while also protecting company assets. Key duties include assisting guests, displaying a positive and professional attitude, paying manual jackpots, replenishing ticket printer paper, and interacting with guests to ensure a positive gaming experience.
