About The Position

This role involves dual responsibilities as a Slots Supervisor and a Slots Floor Attendant. As a supervisor, the individual is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Slot Service Ambassadors, carrying out supervisory duties in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. This includes planning, assigning work, appraising performance, training, and resolving employee issues. The supervisor also oversees that policies and procedures are followed, approves taxable jackpots, assists in issuing club cards, safeguards company assets, and is capable of performing shift manager duties. As a Slot Service Ambassador, the role includes providing change, breaking down bills, attending to player service needs, acting as a source of information about property events and facilities, building relationships with players and colleagues, signing up players for club cards, clearing bill validator and ticket jams, refilling paper, performing minor machine repairs such as replacing bulbs and buttons, and safeguarding assigned slot assets.

Requirements

  • Ability to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Ability to perform the duties of a shift manager.
  • Ability to give change and break down bills.
  • Ability to take care of all Slot Player’s service needs.
  • Ability to be a source of information about all property events, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, and other facilities.
  • Ability to openly converse with and build relationships with players and other Slot Service Ambassadors.
  • Ability to sign up players for club cards.
  • Ability to clear bill validator jams and make minor adjustments and repairs to machines.
  • Ability to clear ticket jams and refill paper in machines.
  • Ability to answer players questions on machine payouts etc.
  • Ability to replace burned machine bulbs, loose machine buttons etc.
  • Ability to safeguard slot assets assigned under their control.

Responsibilities

  • Overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Slot Service Ambassadors.
  • Planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and progressively teaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Overseeing, observing, and evaluating that all Slot Service Ambassadors are providing their essential duties and responsibilities.
  • Assuring that all policies and procedures are being applied.
  • Approving all taxable jackpots in accordance with Title 31.
  • Assisting in issuing club cards to players.
  • Safeguarding all company assets put in their control.
  • Capable of performing the duties of a shift manager.
  • Giving change and breaking down bills.
  • Taking care of all Slot Player’s service needs.
  • Being a source of information about all property events, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, and other facilities.
  • Openly conversing with and building relationships with players and other Slot Service Ambassadors.
  • Signing up players for club cards.
