About The Position

This role combines supervisory responsibilities for Slot Service Ambassadors with the hands-on duties of a Slots Floor Attendant. The supervisor is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Slot Service Ambassadors, ensuring adherence to company policies and laws. This includes performance management, conflict resolution, and approving taxable jackpots. The attendant duties involve providing direct service to slot players, including giving change, answering questions, and assisting with machine issues like bill validator jams and ticket refills. The role also requires acting as a source of information about property events and facilities, building player relationships, and performing minor machine maintenance.

Responsibilities

Oversee, observe, and evaluate Slot Service Ambassadors' performance of essential duties.
Ensure all company policies and procedures are applied.
Approve all taxable jackpots in accordance with Title 31.
Assist in issuing club cards to players.
Safeguard all company assets under their control.
Perform the duties of a shift manager.
Provide change and break down bills for players.
Attend to all Slot Player service needs.
Serve as a source of information about property events, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, and other facilities.
Converse with and build relationships with players and other Slot Service Ambassadors.
Sign up players for club cards.
Clear bill validator jams and make minor adjustments and repairs to machines.
Clear ticket jams and refill paper in machines.
Answer player questions regarding machine payouts and other machine functions.
Replace burned machine bulbs, loose machine buttons, and perform other minor machine upkeep.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
