About The Position

The Technician - Slots performs routine maintenance on slot machines and diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electronic problems. The role replaces faulty parts and components, tests machines to ensure proper operation, and maintains accurate records of repairs and maintenance. The technician works with other casino staff to keep machines functioning properly and provides customer service to casino patrons, including handling routine complaints and incidents with discretion and seeking supervisory assistance when appropriate. The position requires schedule flexibility to meet business needs, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on slot machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic problems with slot machines.
• Replace faulty parts and components as needed.
• Test machines to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Communicate with other casino staff to ensure machines are functioning properly.
• Provide excellent customer service to casino patrons.
• Handle routine guest complaints and incidents with appropriate discretion, identifying situations requiring supervisory attention and seeking resolutions that maintain positive guest relationships.
• Work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
