About The Position

This role involves exercising supervisory control over floor personnel, including Lead Cashiers and Cashiers, within a designated area. The Supervisor is responsible for enforcing policies and procedures, safeguarding assets, approving slot machine payoffs and fills, and observing and evaluating slot personnel. Additionally, they verify and sign checkout reports and booth buys, and perform other related duties as assigned. The position carries supervisory responsibilities for a unit of subordinate employees, including direction, coordination, and evaluation. This involves carrying out responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws, which includes interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and resolving problems.
