Supervisor - Slots
About The Position
This role involves exercising supervisory control over all Floor People, Lead Cashiers, and Cashiers within a designated area. The Supervisor is responsible for enforcing policies and procedures, safeguarding assets, approving slot machine payoffs and fills, observing and evaluating slot personnel, and verifying/signing checkout reports and booth buys. This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and resolving problems.

Responsibilities
- Exercises supervisory control over all Floor People, Lead Cashiers, Cashier in their designated area.
- Enforces policies and procedures.
- Safeguard of all assets in their control.
- Approves slot machine payoffs and fills.
- Observes and evaluates slot personnel.
- Verifies and signs checkout reports and booth buys.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
- Supervises a unit of subordinate employees in an assigned work area.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
