Reporting to the Supervisor, End User Computing, the Desktop Support Technician is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of site support services, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for computer hardware, software, and associated peripherals in a mining and industrial environment. To be successful, we are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a self-motivated and collaborative approach to your work. You are customer-focused and capable of delivering training, guidance, and technical assistance in a professional manner. Exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, operational setting are essential.
