About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide high-touch, onsite and remote end-user support in a professional, fast-paced environment. This role will support a global user base and requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and a polished professional presence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware and software issues across Windows environments
  • Support finance, tax, and accounting applications, including Bloomberg terminals
  • Deliver timely resolution to incidents and service requests with a strong focus on user experience
  • Perform new hire onboarding, device refreshes, and offboarding as part of a Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) program
  • Image, configure, and deploy laptops and peripherals
  • Support Azure AD / Entra ID–joined devices
  • Manage device provisioning using Intune and Windows Autopilot
  • Provide limited support for legacy SCCM imaging environments
  • Perform moves, adds, and changes (MAC work)
  • Deliver in-person, white-glove support to end users in a high-touch environment
  • Support Logitech Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) systems
  • Assist with meeting setup, troubleshooting, and basic AV support
