About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide high-touch, onsite and remote end-user support in a professional, fast-paced environment. This role will support a global user base and requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and a polished professional presence.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware and software issues across Windows environments
Support finance, tax, and accounting applications, including Bloomberg terminals
Deliver timely resolution to incidents and service requests with a strong focus on user experience
Perform new hire onboarding, device refreshes, and offboarding as part of a Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) program
Image, configure, and deploy laptops and peripherals
Support Azure AD / Entra ID–joined devices
Manage device provisioning using Intune and Windows Autopilot
Provide limited support for legacy SCCM imaging environments
Perform moves, adds, and changes (MAC work)
Deliver in-person, white-glove support to end users in a high-touch environment
Support Logitech Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) systems
Assist with meeting setup, troubleshooting, and basic AV support
