The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for maintaining a detailed inventory of hardware and software used at private practices. This role involves supporting computer users with the installation of basic hardware, software, and networking components to meet their personal computer needs. The technician will also be responsible for properly imaging workstations, validating application functionality, deploying workstation setups with excellent cable management, and assisting or leading site deployments for end-user hardware rollouts. A key part of the role includes imaging machines and performing Windows 11 upgrades.
