About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Key Holder to join the Quick Oil Change team. The Key Holder is responsible for opening and closing the service center, supporting daily operations, and helping ensure customers receive efficient, friendly service. This role is suited to someone with basic automotive knowledge and leadership potential.

Requirements

Prior experience in a service or retail environment; automotive experience is a plus.
Strong work ethic, dependability, high integrity, and attention to detail.
Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn.
Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Must pass a company background check.
Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Unlock and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts.
In the absence of the Center Manager, make daily bank deposits and secure the location safe.
Secure register cash and close the store safe according to established protocols.
Assist in leading daily operations and maintaining efficient workflow.
Perform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other minor vehicle services.
Maintain inventory of supplies and report needs to the Center Manager.
Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in service bays and customer areas.
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues or complaints.
Report anomalies to the Center Manager or, when the Center Manager is absent, the Assistant Store Manager.
Escalate unresolved safety, store security, or team-member behavior matters to the District Manager when necessary.
Train and mentor new employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
