About The Position

The Key Holder helps deliver a transformational client experience, build the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drive sales. The role combines client relationship building and personal sales with extensive product knowledge, brand storytelling, and adherence to sales and operational policies. It also includes visual and operational responsibilities, loss prevention, and opening and closing the store. Key Holders complete procedures such as counting register funds, making bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the store while working collaboratively with the retail team.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Maturity and integrity to take responsibility for opening and closing the store.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.

• Perform store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the store.
