About The Position

The Key Holder supports sales and store operations by delivering a transformational customer experience, building customer relationships, and driving business through sales. The role requires strong service, selling, product knowledge, and communication skills, along with a genuine interest in people, fashion, and style. The Key Holder communicates Tory Burch’s brand philosophy and lifestyle, follows sales and operational policies, and contributes to loss prevention and visual and operational execution. The position also carries responsibility for opening and closing the store, including register and cash-handling procedures and securing the premises. The role requires a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Strong service orientation, curiosity and interest in people, authenticity, fashion and style sensibility, and exceptional selling skills.
• Resourcefulness, collaboration, operational and visual awareness, and commitment to loss prevention.
• Responsibility and a high degree of maturity and integrity to handle store opening and closing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
• Create a strong customer experience using selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers and colleagues.
• Follow and maintain sales and operational policies and procedures.
• Support visual and operational aspects of the role and contribute to loss prevention.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the store.
