About The Position

The Key Holder delivers a transformational client experience, builds customer relationships, represents the Tory Burch brand and lifestyle, and drives sales. The role combines personal selling and customer service with visual and operational responsibilities, loss prevention, and adherence to store policies and procedures. The Key Holder is responsible for opening and closing the store, including handling register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the store. The position works collaboratively with the store team to create memorable customer experiences and support retail excellence.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Maturity and integrity to take responsibility for opening and closing the store.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
• Create a strong customer experience using selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers and colleagues.
• Follow and maintain sales and operational policies and procedures.
• Support visual and operational aspects of the role and uphold loss-prevention practices.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the store.
