About The Position

The Key Holder supports sales and store operations while delivering a transformational client experience and representing the Tory Burch brand. The role builds customer relationships, drives sales, and uses strong selling skills and product knowledge to create memorable shopping experiences. It also helps communicate the brand’s philosophy and lifestyle and ensures that sales and operational policies and procedures are followed. Key Holders perform store opening and closing duties, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the store. The role requires collaboration with the store team and a commitment to visual standards, operational responsibilities, and loss prevention.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Maturity and integrity to take responsibility for opening and closing the store.
