About The Position

The Key Holder supports daily operations at the Quick Oil Change service center and helps ensure customers receive efficient, friendly service. The role is responsible for opening and closing the location, supporting team workflow, performing and overseeing basic vehicle services, maintaining inventory and cleanliness, and following company security and operating procedures. The position is full-time and located in Cumming, Georgia.

Requirements

Prior experience in a service or retail environment.
Strong work ethic, dependability, high integrity, and attention to detail.
Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn.
Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Must pass a company background check.
Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Automotive experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Unlock and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts.
In the Center Manager’s absence, make daily bank deposits and secure the location safe.
Secure register cash and close the store safe according to established protocols.
Assist in leading daily operations and maintaining workflow efficiency.
Perform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other minor vehicle services.
Maintain supplies inventory and report needs to the Center Manager.
Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards in service bays and customer areas.
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues or complaints.
Report anomalies to the Center Manager or, when the Center Manager is absent, the Assistant Store Manager.
Escalate unresolved safety, store-security, or team-member behavior matters to the District Manager when necessary.
Train and mentor new employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
