This role will instruct and train customers and employees on current and legacy products at both Houston and remote locations. The role will also schedule and conduct Webinars and Virtual Learning Events to support sales and distribution, maintain training equipment and manuals, and design and develop courseware, including lesson plans, schedules, manuals, instructional materials, and testing.

Requirements

  • 2 year technical degree required or equivalent military training
  • 2-4 years experience
  • MS Office
  • ERP
  • CRM

Responsibilities

  • Instruct and train customers and employees on current and legacy products at both Houston and remote locations.
  • Schedule and conduct Webinars and Virtual Learning Events to support sales and distribution.
  • Maintain training equipment and manuals.
  • Design and develop courseware, including lesson plans, schedules, manuals, instructional materials, and testing.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the classrooms and equipment.
  • May have both internal/external customer interface.
  • Requires a general understanding of cost structure, content, and cost awareness and containment.
  • Must have a general understanding of curriculum development.
  • Expected to make suggestions regarding process improvements.
  • Trainer needs to have basic to intermediate teaching skills.
  • Be able to present, demonstrate and learn product knowledge.
