This role involves planning, coordinating, and administering internal and external training programs for Manufacturing and Operations personnel. It also includes maintaining training records, materials, schedules, and documentation in compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, ensuring training plans align with business priorities, regulatory requirements, employee competencies, and job roles. The position requires coordination with trainers, managers, and external vendors regarding training logistics and participant requirements, tracking training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback, and maintaining training materials and competency records. Additionally, the role supports audits and compliance as a Manufacturing representative for training and competency management, assists with QMS documentation, contributes to the electronic learning management system, and develops Manufacturing staffing and scale-up plans. A key aspect is promoting a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, training, quality, or a related area.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and administer internal and external training programs for Manufacturing and Operations personnel.
  • Maintain training records, materials, schedules, and documentation in compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
  • Ensure training plans align with business priorities, regulatory requirements, employee competencies, and job roles.
  • Coordinate with trainers, managers, and external vendors regarding training schedules, logistics, facilities, materials, and participant requirements.
  • Track training effectiveness through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, feedback collection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update training materials, skills matrices, and competency records for production personnel.
  • Support audits, regulatory readiness, and compliance by serving as a Manufacturing representative for training and competency management.
  • Assist with the creation, review, and implementation of procedures, work instructions, and other QMS documentation.
  • Contribute to enhancements of the electronic learning management system.
  • Develop and maintain accurate Manufacturing staffing and scale-up plans to ensure workforce readiness and capacity requirements are met.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with PMI and legal Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability standards.
  • Complete all required training and maintain qualifications outlined in the applicable Qualification Matrix.
