About The Position

Rooms To Go is hiring a Technical Systems Manager for Corporate Security to support stores regionally and ensure they comply with company policies. The role covers asset protection, management of Loss Prevention equipment, and directing service work. It includes installing and maintaining networked camera systems and access control systems, diagnosing and resolving system issues, and ensuring security equipment and field devices operate correctly.

Requirements

A minimum of 1–3 years in a Loss Prevention leadership or supervisory position.
Strong leadership profile and excellent technical skills.
Solid technical skills and experience related to access control, intrusion, networked camera systems, and other security-related systems.
Experience installing, servicing, and maintaining access control and closed-circuit television systems.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively plan and execute strategies.
Effective prioritizing and time management skills.
Ability to build partnerships with operations and store managers.
Commitment to exemplifying the highest integrity and professional business standards.

Responsibilities

Support stores regionally and ensure compliance with Rooms To Go company policies.
Oversee asset protection and management of Loss Prevention equipment.
Direct service work and install networked camera systems and access control systems.
Ensure proper operation of access control systems; repair and reconfigure access control equipment.
Diagnose communication problems and install control devices and other components.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Troubleshoot and verify correct operation of equipment and field devices.
Install, replace, and recommission devices, equipment, and software.
