Technical Systems Manager, Corporate Security
About The Position
Rooms To Go is hiring a Corporate Security Technical Systems Manager to support stores regionally and ensure compliance with company policies. The role covers asset protection, management of Loss Prevention equipment, and directing service work and installation of networked camera systems and access control systems. The manager supports the proper operation and maintenance of access control and other security systems. Duties include diagnosing communication, software, and hardware problems; repairing and reconfiguring equipment; installing control devices and other components; verifying equipment and field-device operation; and installing, replacing, and recommissioning devices, equipment, and software.
Requirements
- At least 1–3 years in a leadership or supervisory position in Loss Prevention.
- Strong leadership profile and excellent technical skills.
- Technical skills and experience with access control, intrusion, networked camera systems, and other security-related systems.
- Experience installing, servicing, and maintaining access control and closed-circuit television systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively plan and execute strategies.
- Effective prioritization and time-management skills.
- Ability to build partnerships with operations and store managers.
- Commitment to the highest integrity and professional business standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure regional stores comply with Rooms To Go company policies.
