About The Position

Rooms To Go is hiring a Technical Systems Manager, Corporate Security, to support its stores regionally and ensure they comply with company policies. The role covers asset protection, management of loss prevention equipment, and directing service work. It also involves installing and maintaining networked camera systems and access control systems.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1–3 years in a leadership or supervisory position in Loss Prevention.
• Strong leadership profile and excellent technical skills.
• Technical skills and experience with access control, intrusion, networked camera systems, and other security-related systems.
• Experience installing, servicing, and maintaining access control and closed-circuit television systems.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Ability to effectively plan and execute strategies.
• Effective prioritization and time-management skills.
• Ability to build partnerships with operations and store managers.
• Commitment to exemplifying the highest integrity and professional business standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stores comply with Rooms To Go company policies.
• Manage loss prevention equipment and direct service work.
• Install networked camera systems and access control systems.
• Ensure proper operation of access control systems.
• Repair and reconfigure access control system equipment.
• Diagnose communication problems and install control devices and other components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Troubleshoot and verify correct operation of equipment and field devices.
• Install, replace, and recommission devices, equipment, and software.
