About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Technical Representative to support the Regional Sales Manager in marketing polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems and materials to end users in commercial and industrial markets. The role focuses on developing accounts and territories, conducting site inspections and material demonstrations, measuring floors, estimating material and labor needs, and helping the sales force prepare accurate customer proposals. The position includes occasional overnight travel.

Requirements

• Experience in general flooring, construction, or sales is required.
• Ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team.
• Solid time- and territory-management skills.
• Strong motivation to develop new accounts.
• Valid state driver's license in good standing.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Nice To Haves

• Sales and/or estimating experience, preferably in the flooring industry.
• College degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop accounts and territories through existing-account follow-up, cold calling and prospecting, telemarketing lead follow-up, target marketing, and business-development meetings.
• Develop new and existing accounts, conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and demonstrate materials.
• Measure floors and estimate the required materials and labor.
• Work with the sales force to provide accurate information for customer proposals.
• Travel overnight occasionally.
• Help grow and build regional sales.
