About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Project Manager focused on sales and marketing of installed polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems, as well as materials, to end users in commercial, retail, and industrial markets. The role involves developing accounts and territories, conducting site inspections and material demonstrations, and supporting the creation and delivery of customer proposals. The successful candidate will bring sales and account or territory development experience, preferably in the flooring industry, and be motivated to grow regional sales. Some overnight travel is required.

Requirements

Experience in general flooring, construction, or sales is required.
Strong qualifying and closing ability and a history of sales success.
Ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team.
Strong time and territory management skills and motivation to develop new accounts.
Valid state driver's license in good standing.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Nice To Haves

Two to three years of territory and account development experience is preferred.
College degree preferred.
Flooring industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop accounts and territories through existing-account follow-up, cold calling and prospecting, telemarketing lead follow-up, target marketing, and business development meetings.
Develop new and existing accounts, conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and demonstrate materials.
Provide accurate information to support the creation of customer proposals.
Help grow and build regional sales.
Travel overnight when required.
