About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Technical Representative to support the Regional Sales Manager in marketing polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems and materials to end users in commercial and industrial markets. The role focuses on developing accounts and territories, conducting site inspections and material demonstrations, measuring floors, estimating material and labor needs, and supporting the sales team with accurate information for customer proposals. The position includes occasional overnight travel.

Requirements

• Experience in general flooring, construction, or sales.
• Ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team.
• Solid time and territory management skills.
• Strong motivation to develop new accounts.
• Valid state driver's license in good standing.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Nice To Haves

• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Sales and/or estimating experience, preferably in the flooring industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop accounts and territories through follow-up with existing accounts, cold calling and prospecting, telemarketing lead follow-up, target marketing, and business development meetings.
• Develop new and existing accounts, conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and demonstrate materials.
• Measure floors and estimate the amount of material and labor needed.
• Work closely with the sales force to provide accurate information for customer proposals.
• Support the growth and development of regional sales.
• Travel overnight occasionally.
