About The Position

As a Technical Project Manager at JLL supporting the Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities account, you will support delivery of construction and real estate projects for Amazon’s expansion into aerospace, life sciences, robotics, quantum computing, devices, and government industry sectors. The work includes new construction, renovations, and facility modifications in an active advanced manufacturing facility. You will manage infrastructure project lifecycles from scope definition through procurement, bidding, and installation, working on the production floor and coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, production teams, and other stakeholders. The role combines project management fundamentals—including budgeting, scheduling, RFP development, contract and change-order negotiation, and stakeholder management—with coordination of electrical, mechanical, and facility-systems work across multiple trades. It also includes oversight of construction, equipment installation, and heavy equipment relocation. This position focuses on technical, equipment-heavy manufacturing infrastructure and is not a software, IT systems, cloud migration, or digital transformation role. It is onsite in Kirkland, Washington. The position does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
