About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead marketing infrastructure setup and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. The role involves managing technical projects, implementing ATS and CRM platforms, and coordinating Agile project execution.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in technical project management, digital transformation, or GTM launches.
• Experience with Recruitee or similar ATS platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing technology, and analytics tools.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• PMP or CSM certification.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Oversee implementation of ATS (Recruitee), CRM, analytics, and project management tools.
• Manage Agile activities, including sprint planning, backlogs, and task tracking.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate GTM launch activities and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain project dashboards and provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Identify operational challenges and drive process improvements.
