  • Experience establishing and scaling program management and Agile practices in a fast-paced, growing company.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Linear and Notion, or similar tools such as Jira and Confluence, and building dashboards leaders rely on.

  • Lead roadmap and quarterly planning with engineering leads so commitments match team capacity.
  • Run and refine lightweight, Agile-aligned processes for planning, release readiness, and retrospectives, tailored to each team’s size and maturity.
  • Build dashboards and run program reviews that give leadership a single, trusted view of status, risk, and capacity.
  • Write clear program updates, decision memos, and post-mortems.
  • Own and evolve how the company uses Linear and Notion so plans, dependencies, and decisions are easy to track and find.
