Technical Product Manager - Payments

Felix Technologies•Miami, FL

About The Position

Félix is seeking a hands-on, technically fluent Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of its next-generation payments platform. The platform supports money movement from customer funding through settlement with banking partners and powers multiple Félix products. The role combines platform-level strategy with direct execution and ownership of key business metrics, including authorization rate, processing cost, and GMV. Félix describes itself as a hyper-growth Series C company backed by more than $300 million in funding. It emphasizes a meaningful mission serving an underserved community, team loyalty, radical transparency, constructive feedback, and sustainable value. The role’s starting base salary typically ranges from $145,000 to $185,000 USD in Miami, and equity is part of total compensation. The recruiter will provide details on benefits and health coverage.
