Plans, defines, delivers, and assesses products and services for Truist’s Infrastructure Automation & AI product line. The product line treats Truist’s infrastructure platform as a product and its internal customers—including infrastructure domain teams and application owners—as users whose experience matters. The role partners across Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Risk, Cybersecurity, Change and Release Management, Demand and Capacity, and infrastructure engineering domains to align on shared outcomes, close business-process gaps, and connect work from demand through delivery. The consultant brings product discipline to a platform engineering organization by leading discovery with teams doing the work, shaping a roadmap that balances foundational platform and governance investments with visible customer value, and establishing trusted portfolio data for leaders to assess progress. The role drives adoption as well as delivery, helping teams move from manual, person-dependent processes to governed, automation-first ways of working. Success requires building trust across teams the role does not direct, translating between engineering detail and executive priorities, and remaining curious about how work gets done. Responsibilities include guiding end-to-end delivery and performance of technology products or services; defining product scope and features; collaborating on product development; assessing feedback and technology trends; improving functionality and user experience; organizing launches and lifecycle activities; monitoring performance; aligning stakeholders; providing technical guidance; and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal technology standards. Truist will not sponsor work visas or provide immigration-related support for this position.
