KeyBank is hiring for a Technical Product Management (Implementation Manager) or Senior Technical Product Management (Senior Implementation Manager) role in its Institutional Bank. The selected level will depend on the candidate’s experience and skills. The position supports transformational technology projects, including CWA Replacement, Moody’s, Underwriting Templates for Banking Group Portfolio Management, and/or other KeyBank Real Estate Capital technology projects. It is a hands-on product role combining product ownership, business analysis, technical work, and project management. The position sits within the line of business and is accountable for technical delivery and business KPIs and goals. The role requires close coordination with business stakeholders, technology leads, platform and product owners, and engineers, with an emphasis on clear communication, documentation, and knowledge sharing. The opportunity is suited to someone who wants to develop technical depth while contributing to digital banking products. Firsthand technical experience such as coding, DevOps, or SQL is a plus. The role supports project leadership and requirements management by translating client and business needs into actionable, well-maintained user stories and prioritizing backlogs in coordination with technology and business partners. It supports agile delivery through ceremonies, stakeholder meetings, sprint tracking, and process improvement. The person is expected to work directly with data, logs, APIs, and system outputs, use diagrams and monitoring dashboards to validate or troubleshoot issues, and maintain awareness of enterprise architecture. The role also serves as a bridge between business and technology teams, helping align priorities and expectations. Two experience levels are described. The Technical Product Management role requires at least one year of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Project Management. The Senior Technical Product Management role requires at least five years in one of those areas. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred for either level, though firsthand experience is valued over formal education. The listed salary ranges are $71,000–$125,000 for Technical Product Management and $80,000–$150,000 for Senior Technical Product Management. The position is eligible for incentive compensation. Placement in the pay range depends on factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. Key prioritizes in-office presence while offering flexible options where work can be performed effectively in a mobile environment. The position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship; applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
