As a Technical Operations at Tenstreet, you will be responsible for growing your knowledge and understanding of the company's technology in order to effectively contribute to the team's goals. You will work closely with other teams to solve problems and support clients, with responsibilities including technical support, client setups, custom reporting, integrations, SQL database work, and troubleshooting software issues. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to account management, operations, and sales teams, troubleshoot setup and performance issues, perform technical setups for clients, and support new and existing integrations. Your role will also involve recommending and implementing new initiatives to improve client success and developing support documentation.

• Learning about and understanding Tenstreet's technology, providing technical guidance to account management, operations, and sales teams
• Troubleshooting setup and performance issues in Tenstreet's ticket system
• Performing technical setup for new and current clients on Tenstreet's enterprise software
• Developing a detailed understanding of Tenstreet's platform and solutions
• Providing high-level technical support and addressing client inquiries
