Technical Marketing, Growth Manager

Rootstock Software
•$110,000 - $120,000•Remote

About The Position

Rootstock Software is hiring a technical, hands-on marketer to own paid acquisition and the growth engine behind roughly half of its top-of-funnel pipeline. The role owns substantial Google Ads and AdRoll budgets, makes data-backed spending decisions, and builds growth assets such as web pages, experiments, and automation using Claude Code. It also includes technical SEO, conversion optimization, performance reporting, review-site discoverability, and support for content and campaigns. This is a remote position. The role is suited to a growth or digital marketer with a few years of experience who already owns paid budgets and is technically minded, or an associate-level consultant with experience in marketing strategy and execution who wants to work in-house. Rootstock is looking for strong analytical skills, quick learning, and a hands-on, high-ownership approach. The compensation package includes base salary, an annual bonus, and a long-term incentive plan. The anticipated base salary range is stated as $110,000 to $1,200,000. The company notes that offered base pay depends on market location and individualized job-related and business factors. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Rootstock cannot sponsor, extend, or transfer work visas for this position.

  • Strong analytical ability and data-driven spending decisions.
  • A scrappy, high-ownership approach and comfort managing multiple experiments and working through daily performance numbers.
