About The Position

As an API Senior Associate on the Client Technical Onboarding team, you will manage and implement treasury products and serve as the client-facing technical contact throughout the onboarding experience. You will collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Product, clients, and other partners to deliver technical solutions for treasury and cash management products. The role includes translating business requirements into technical specifications, advising clients on treasury solution capabilities, and coordinating implementation timelines and dependencies. You will participate in onboarding training, learn the team's processes and tools, and build expertise in API solutions and related banking technologies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in technical project management, particularly for complex treasury implementations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with and influence others toward a common goal.
• Strong adherence to policies and procedures, consistently meeting or exceeding established SLAs.
• Expertise using collaboration tools such as WebEx and Zoom for client discussions.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and eagerness to learn.
• Knowledge of payments and receivables processes, with willingness to expand expertise.
• Technical consulting or business analysis skills in ERP, systems integration, or APIs.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite for documentation and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in new-hire training to learn onboarding processes and tools.
• Engage with senior leaders to align with the organization's vision and strategy.
• Build partner relationships and review active implementations through regular calls.
• Develop expertise in API solutions and support clients with file-mapping exercises.
• Use IT banking tools and learn through shadowing experienced colleagues.
• Own the client's technical onboarding experience as the client-facing technical contact.
• Provide consultative advice on technical aspects of treasury solutions, including RFP responses and client presentations.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for treasury services.
• Document scope, meeting agendas, minutes, and project plans using MS Office tools.
• Use workflow tools for status updates and document repository management.
• Establish timelines and dependencies to meet or exceed client and partner expectations.
