Endor Labs is hiring a Technical Enablement Manager to own technical enablement end to end for presales Solutions Architects (SAs) and post-sales Customer Solutions Engineers (CSEs). This is a dedicated role accountable for the technical readiness of the field, including onboarding and ramp, feature-launch enablement, golden demo paths, the demo environment, certification, content, and measurement. The goal is to help the field represent the platform accurately and win on technical merit. The role builds a guided 30/60/90-day onboarding path with recorded modules, documentation, and hands-on labs; coordinates tiered launch enablement and cross-functional subject-matter experts; and partners with Product to identify breaking changes and prepare the field before changes reach customers. It also maintains canonical, value-led product demos and owns the demo tenant and associated labs, including realistic data, integrations, reset automation, and isolated lab instances for new hires. The Technical Enablement Manager defines and runs certification and competency programs, uses structured feedback to develop field skills, maintains a current source of truth for enablement content, and reports on ramp time, launch coverage, certification, and PoV technical-win conversion against a baseline. Endor Labs develops AURI, a platform for securing AI-generated software. The company describes its mission as helping the world trust software and lists customers including OpenAI, SpaceX, DoorDash, Dropbox, Atlassian, MongoDB, Snowflake, Robinhood, and Peloton. The position offers a compensation range of $190,000–$250,000 for candidates who receive an offer; compensation may include incentives such as commission targets, restricted stock units, and/or bonuses, depending on the role.
