About The Position

PACCAR Parts is hiring a summer intern to support its Service Content and Content Excellence teams at the PACCAR Parts Campus in Renton, Washington. The role provides hands-on exposure to technical writing, aftersales content management and lifecycle tools, authoring project management, publication, and content strategy. The intern will support dealer- and customer-facing publications through analytics, reporting, dashboard creation and maintenance, workflow improvement, data analysis, system optimization, and project management support. The position is intended for a college student pursuing a degree in data analytics, computer science, engineering, or a closely related discipline; junior or senior standing is preferred. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in college and pursuing a degree in data analytics, computer science, engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Self-starter who is resourceful.
• Team-oriented and able to work well in groups.
• Flexible and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong PC skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Exceptional professionalism.

Nice To Haves

• Junior or senior standing in college is preferred.
• Experience with Tableau, SQL, or Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use Smartsheet and publication platforms to support team analytics and reporting.
• Create and update dashboards used throughout the PACCAR Parts Technical Publication group.
• Leverage AI to improve workflows and reduce time spent on the current reporting structure.
• Support ad hoc projects focused on data analysis and system optimization.
• Support project management efforts and reporting for ongoing projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
