About The Position

The PHOENIX Internship Program is a paid, 10-week program for rising junior and senior undergraduates and graduate students. Interns gain hands-on experience, work with experienced professionals, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop professional skills at PHOENIX Retail, LLC, which operates the Express and Bonobos brands. This position supports the Express brand and is based at the New York office. The Summer 2027 program runs from June 2 to August 5, 2027. The program includes professional-development workshops, networking sessions with leaders, mentorship opportunities, a cross-functional group project, group outings, social events, and volunteer opportunities. Interns are expected to work full time, 40 hours per week, follow a four-days-in-office approach, relocate to the office location, and commit to the entire 10-week program. Housing accommodations are not provided. The pay range is $23.00–$30.00. Applicants must be authorized to work full time in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas for this position.
