About The Position

The PHOENIX Internship Program is a paid, 10-week program for rising junior and senior undergraduates and graduate students. Interns gain hands-on experience, work with experienced professionals, collaborate across functions, and develop professional skills. PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands. This position supports the Express brand and is based at the company’s New York, New York office. The Summer 2027 program runs from June 2 to August 5, 2027. Interns participate in professional-development workshops, networking and mentorship sessions, a cross-functional group project, outings, social events, and volunteer opportunities. The role requires working full-time, 40 hours per week, following a four-days-in-office approach, relocating to the office location, and committing to the entire 10-week program. Housing accommodations are not provided.

Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Available to follow the four-days-in-office approach.
• Able to relocate to the New York office location; housing accommodations are not provided.
• Able to commit to the entire 10-week program, June 2 to August 5, 2027.
• Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating tech packs and managing the technical information database.
• Prepare and measure garment samples for fit sessions.
• Support sample tracking and fit coordination.
• Organize samples and tech packs.
