About the position
Revel Systems is seeking a customer support representative to handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must have proficient written and spoken English, be willing to work evening and night shifts, and have basic IT and networking knowledge. Help desk or customer service experience is preferred, and a college degree in a related field is desired. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading member of the Apple Enterprise Mobility Program and contribute to the success of restaurants and retailers through a robust cloud-based point of sale system.

- Proficient written/spoken English is a must
- Ability and willingness to work evening and night shifts
- Basic IT and Networking knowledge
- Help desk experience OR Customer Service experience (either face to face or in a support centre) is highly preferred
- College degree in Computer Science / IT related field or Networking is a plus
