About the position
Revel Systems is seeking a remote customer support representative to handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service. The role requires proficiency in English, the ability to work evening and night shifts, and basic IT and networking knowledge. Help desk or customer service experience is preferred, and a degree in computer science or a related field is a plus. As a member of Revel Systems, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to product development decisions and work in a collaborative and technology-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle client support requests, mainly via inbound calls, email, or chat
- Understand client needs and expectations and assist in achieving resolution
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure outstanding issues are resolved
- Proficient written and spoken English is required
- Ability and willingness to work evening and night shifts
- Basic IT and Networking knowledge
- Help desk experience or customer service experience is highly preferred
- College degree in Computer Science/IT related field or Networking is a plus
