About the position
Revel Systems is seeking a customer support representative to handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service. The role requires proficiency in written and spoken English, as well as basic IT and networking knowledge. Help desk or customer service experience is preferred, and a degree in computer science or a related field is a plus. As part of the Revel team, employees will have the opportunity to influence product development decisions and work in a collaborative and technology-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle client support requests, mainly via inbound calls, email, or chat
- Understand client needs and expectations and assist in achieving resolution
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure outstanding issues are resolved
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Willingness to work evening and night shifts
- Basic IT and Networking knowledge
- Help desk experience or customer service experience preferred
- College degree in Computer Science/IT related field or Networking is a plus
