Technical Client Support Specialist (Spanish)

Revel Systems is seeking a customer support representative who will handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must have proficiency in English and Spanish, as well as basic IT and networking knowledge. Help desk or customer service experience is preferred, and a degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus. • Handle client support requests, mainly via inbound calls, email, or chat
• Understand client needs and expectations and assist in achieving resolution
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure outstanding issues are resolved
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish
• Willingness to work evening and night shifts
• Basic IT and Networking knowledge
• Help desk experience or customer service experience preferred
• College degree in Computer Science/IT related field or Networking is a plus
• Influence product development decisions and create tools for driving foodservice businesses to success
